I have been a local surfer all my life in the Satellitie Beach and Indialantic area. In the late 70's early 80's I remember surfing Sebastian Inlet 1st peak on the weekends and there would only be a handful of people out, my how things have changed. Monster Hole used to break really good too. The ocean bottom is always changing

and there was a time there that Monster Hole quit breaking, and now at Sebastian after they renovated the jetty the wave bounce off the jetty isn't as good as it was ,I thought it threw out alot further before the renovation. Still a great place to surf ! My surf spots were from Wabasso all The way up to the Picnic Tables . What I love about Surfing is the waves could be head high and glassy a hundered days in a row and still be different each and every day in the way they break and look ! I love the swells we had this past year , they got big and powerful but yet the ocean was mellow (Epic). As long as I am capable I will be surfing and taking pictures its a beautiful sport that can never be replaced or duplicated,.   :-) Matt Hett
